Chillin' On Church To Wrap Up With Final Event Of 2024

VIENNA, VA — Before the summer season officially concludes, Vienna neighbors will have one more chance to enjoy an outdoor block party Friday.

The last Chillin' on Church of 2024 is scheduled for Friday, Sept. 20 from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. on the Vienna Town Green, 144 Maple Ave E, Vienna, VA. The event promises food trucks, local beer and wine, live music, and family activities. Sudden M-Pac Band is the live entertainment scheduled.

Food trucks confirmed for Friday's event are:

• Capital Chicken and Waffles: Chicken and waffles
• DC Slices: Pizza
• Mama Spice: West African food
• Momos and More Inc.: Nepalese cuisine.
• NC Ribs: BBQ
• The Roaming Coyote: Tacos
• Kaye's Mini Doughnuts: Doughnuts
• Kona Ice of North Fairfax County: Shaved Ice
• Rocky Ice Cream LLC: Ice Cream

Beer and wine will be available to purchase. Attendees must be 21 and older and must visit the ID tent to get a wristband. Tickets are $7 for one beer or wine. Attendees cannot bring their own beer and wine from home to the event.

Sections of Church and Mill Street are typically closed for the event. Handicap accessible parking will be available at the Town Green/W&OD Trail parking area between Church Street NE and Maple Avenue E.
