Anything That Moves You Forward 5k

To celebrate National Physical Therapy Month in November, The Virginia Physical Therapy Association puts on the Anything That Moves You Forward 5k on October 24.

The race begins at 8 a.m. It's an out and back starting on the W&OD trail at the parking lot in front of the mural at the old Vienna train station.  At Clarke's Crossing, runners will head back to the finish.

Registration is $30 before October 23; $35 day of the race. All fees paid benefit the Parkinson Foundation of the National Capital Area.
