Evelyn Rose, Replacement For Bazin's On Church, Set To Open In Vienna
The new restaurant concept announced to fill the former Bazin's on Church space in Vienna is planning an opening this weekend.
VIENNA, VA — Evelyn Rose, the restaurant announced for the former Bazin's on Church location in Vienna, will open Saturday.
The restaurant, located at 111 Church St NW in Vienna, is accepting reservations for 5 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. on Saturday. Limited reservations are available, so customers are encouraged to schedule dining as soon as possible. The opening was first reported by Northern Virginia Magazine.
"A huge thank you to all our friends, family, and everyone who cheered us on these past few weeks!" the restaurant shared in a social media post. "Come join us at our first official night as Evelyn Rose Vienna!"

Evelyn Rose comes from Clarity's Chef Nick Palermo and Sam Schnoebelen, the general manager of DC's the Dabney. The restaurant is named after the owners' grandmothers. Vienna diners got a preview of Evelyn Rose during the Taste of Vienna on April 27. Bazin's on Church's last day was on April 27 as well.
