Fairfax County To Give Update On Gallows Road Long-Term Vision
Fairfax County will host two meetings to present recommendations to improve Gallows Road a busy route.

VIENNA, VA — Long-term recommendations from a Gallows Road study will be presented at two meetings held by the Fairfax County Department of Transportation in July.
The county's study has focused on Gallows Road corridor between Tysons and greater Annandale, including some parallel roadways like Eskridge Road. It is intended to examine barriers to connectivity caused by the Capital Beltway's presence and recommend improvements.
The recommendations will be presented after the study's last public meetings in November 2024. Recommendations are based on technical analysis, feedback from the public and stakeholders and will include improvements for pedestrian, bicyclist and transit facilities.
