Get Healthy Vienna Expo Returns In 2024 With Vendors, Athlete Speakers

Up to 50 health and wellness exhibitors and athlete speakers will be part of the returning expo at the Vienna Community Center.

VIENNA, VA — As the spring season arrives, it can be a time to start anew with a healthy lifestyle. The returning Get Healthy Vienna! Expo 2024 will help Vienna residents so just that on Saturday, April 6.

This is the second year the Vienna Business Association is hosting the Get Healthy Vienna! Expo 2024. This year's theme is "Connections to Wellness," as the event will help attendees connect to resources and services to achieve wellness. The event will run 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on April 6 at the Vienna Community Center and is free to attend.

"The 2024 Expo will connect attendees to an array of services, solutions and opportunities that promote wellness and healthy lifestyles. The process of attaining optimal health and wellness is all about connections, education and taking positive action. I am excited about the wide-array of exhibitors at this year’s expo who are passionate about supporting the health and wellness of our special community."

Attendees can expect up to 50 health and wellness providers sharing information on their products or services. Children can join in on the fun with a Kids and Families Zone with children’s activities and demonstrations throughout the day, including superhero appearances from Vienna Singing Princesses, face painting, and children's health-related activities.

The event will also feature presentations by guest speakers. A panel of former local youth athletes who went on to the college and professional level will discuss the positive influence of youth sports on health, mental health and success as an adult. Panelists include Madison High School graduate Nick Dorka, who played for College of William and Mary, Canadian Football League and International Football League; Madison High School graduate Katie Kerrigan, who played lacrosse for James Madison University when they were DI National Champions in 2018 as well as the Women’s Professional Lacrosse League; PVI/Madison High School's Trey Ramsey, who played baseball at Princeton University; and Madison High School's Jack Traxler, who played soccer at Catholic University.
