Why Go: It's the first day of Whole Foods Vienna's Chocolate Fest. The wine
department will pair samples of its favorite romantic wines, with high-end
chocolate.

4. Town Hall Meeting With Del. Mark Keam

10 to 11:30 a.m.
Why Go: It's halfway through Virginia's legislative session -- go get updates
about how bills that affect Vienna are faring on the house floor.

Why Go: Do your last-minute Valentine's Day shopping and check off your cultural activity for the week at the same time. Some 200 performers from 11 countries will be celebrating the lunar new year with songs, dances and various performances, including a kung fu demonstration.
