Heavy House Fire Injures Resident In Vienna
Fairfax County Fire and Rescue battled a heavy fire at a Vienna home early Thursday.

VIENNA, VA — An early Thursday fire injured a resident in Vienna, according to Fairfax County Fire and Rescue.
Units responded around 1:15 a.m. Thursday to the 300 block of Blair Street NW in Vienna. Firefighters encountered heavy fire showing from the home.
Firefighters worked to extinguish the fire while ensuring everyone was out of the home. One resident was taken to the hospital with injuries. The fire department said one dog was removed, but the dog's condition was unclear. There were no firefighter injuries.
