New Fitness Studio to Open Saturday in Vienna

VIENNA, VA -- Have you been indulging yourself a little too much at all the new restaurants opening in Vienna lately?

You can work it off by trying out a new class-based fitness studio opening Saturday, Sept. 17 in Vienna.

SourceCore, located on historic Church Street at 144 Church St. NW, #102, offers yoga, circuits, barre, Zumba, and Vixen Dance. A new client's first week is free, according to the company.

"I am so excited to bring SourceCore to the Northern Virginia community," says owner Chris Henson Jones. "Fitness has always been an integral part of my life, not only for my physical well-being but also as mental therapy and spiritual nourishment. I love the fitness studio concept because of its social nature. To have the ability to build community through collective wellness is a true gift. That is why I started SourceCore."

Jones, originally from Falls Church, is a certified yoga teacher and earned a B.S. degree from the University of Maryland.
