Pantless Man Exposes Himself to 3 Girls Near Vienna Park: Police

FAIRFAX COUNTY, VA -- A man exposed himself to three young girls Sunday afternoon at or near a Vienna park, according to Fairfax County Police.

Police say the man was not wearing any pants and was touching himself inappropriately when he exposed himself Sunday shortly after 5 p.m. in the 9600 block of Courthouse Road (see map below). An investigation determined the victims were standing near a fence at Nottoway Park when they saw the suspect looking at them, according to police.

The suspect fled on foot in an unknown direction, police said. He was described as white, approximately 30 to 40 years old, about 5 feet 11 inches to 6 feet 1 inch, 180 to 210 pounds, wearing a dark green T-shirt, and holding white sweatpants.
