Craigslist ads show homes, rooms, for rent in Northern Virginia during presidential inauguration in Washington, D.C.

Northern Virginia residents hoping to cash in on the presidential inauguration are offering up rooms and homes for rent during the big event in Washington, D.C. Donald Trump will be sworn in as the next president of the United States Friday, Jan. 20.
In addition to the swearing-in ceremony, supporters will be streaming into the DC metro area for the inaugural parade, inaugural balls and other parties.
On craigslist, you'll find Northern Virginia residents offering up all sorts of places to stay for visitors looking for a place to lay their heads at night in between all the hoopla:

- In Oakton, a family is offering their luxury lower level for $695 a night that includes a guest bedroom, luxury bath, cable TV and they're even throwing in a home-made breakfast.
- In Alexandria, you can rent an apartment and the resident's car for $500 a night.
- In Falls Church, you can stay in a "historic home" for $650 per night.
- In Great Falls, a five-bedroom home is being offered for $10,000 for inauguration week.
