VIENNA, VA — Madison High School celebrates its homecoming game on Friday night. Before that can happen, a homecoming parade will run along Maple Avenue.

Starting at 2 p.m. Friday, the two westbound lanes of Maple Avenue will be closed from Mill Street to James Madison Drive. The lanes will be closed to vehicular traffic for about 30 minutes. Westbound drivers are encouraged to use an alternate route during this time. A homecoming pep rally is also being held Friday.

The Madison Warhawks will take on the Marshall High School Statesmen in the homecoming game at 7 p.m. Friday at Madison High School. The game follows a decisive 49-0 win against the Hayfield Hawks last week. The Warhawks' record is 2-2 going into the homecoming game.
