Santa Runs To Return To Neighborhoods Around Vienna: See 2024 Schedule

VIENNA, VA — Santa Claus will soon arrive in town to greet the good girls and boys of Vienna.

The Vienna Volunteer Fire Department will again accompany the jolly man in red for the 2024 Santa Runs. Santa will ride atop the 1946 Maxim fire engine joined by volunteer firefighters dressed as elves handing out candy canes.

Santa's visits will happen on eight nights in 2024 between Friday, Dec. 13 and Thursday, Dec. 19. On the day Santa is visiting your neighborhood, listen for the sirens and music and look for the lights to indicate Santa's arrival.

Weather, mechanical issues and other factor may impact Santa's schedule. Residents can check for updates and the Santa tracker on the volunteer fire department's website or X/Twitter page.

• Saturday, Dec. 14, 1:30 p.m. - Vixen (Blue in NW)
• Saturday, Dec. 14, 5:30 p.m. - Prancer (Purple in SW)
• Sunday, Dec. 15, 1:30 p.m. - Cupid (Green in NE)
• Monday, Dec. 16, 5:30 p.m. - Donner (Yellow in NE)
• Tuesday, Dec. 17, 5:30 p.m. - Comet (Pink in NW)
• Wednesday, Dec. 18, 5:30 p.m. - Dasher (Green in SE/SW)
• Thursday, Dec. 19, 5:30 p.m. - Dancer (Orange in SW)
