Sex Assault Monday on Orange Line: Police
Metro Transit Police say suspect is accused of assaulting a woman at about 2 p.m. Monday on an Orange Line train at or near Dunn Loring.
FAIRFAX COUNTY, VA -- A man was arrested Monday on sex assault charges after an incident on a train on the DC metro's Orange Line, at or near the Dunn Loring-Merrifield metro station, according to Metro Transit Police.
Anthony Sinclair, 27, of Washington, D.C. was arrested on charges of aggravated sexual battery and assault and battery, police said.
Sinclair is accused of assaulting a woman at about 2 p.m. Monday on an Orange Line train at or near the Dunn Loring metro stop, police said.

NBC-4 reported Monday night that the man exposed himself and attempted to force the woman into a sex act. Police say he was identified and immediately arrested.
Sinclair is being held without bond, police said.
