Shots Fired Wednesday Morning at Vienna Area Home: Police

FAIRFAX COUNTY, VA -- Someone took shots at a Vienna area home early Wednesday, according to Fairfax County Police.

The incident took place Wednesday at around 2:49 a.m. in the 9500 block of Daniel Lewis Lane. Police were called for a report of a home that had been shot at by what appeared to be a BB or pellet gun.

Further investigation determined the suspect may have entered the home through an unlocked door prior to firing at the home’s exterior, according to police.

Officers are looking into the possibility the suspect is an acquaintance of someone in the home. No one was injured, police said.
