Vienna Patch remembers Mark McGinly, looks back on its 2011 series with local residents

It has been 11 years since the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks.
This year, the Town of Vienna will once again host its annual ceremony at 10 a.m. Tuesday outside the Freeman Store and Museum, a celebration of the lives lost during the deadliest terrorist act on U.S. soil.
