TYSONS, VA — Soliciting sex acts from a minor at the Spring Hill Metro station led to charges for a man, according to Fairfax County Police.

Police say Logan Russell Farrell, 38, approached the 15-year-old victim in October and offered money for sexual acts at the Spring Hill Metro Station in Tysons. Farrell was unknown to the victim at the time. He continued communicating with the victim to solicit sexual acts and images.

The victim's parents reported the sex crime to police last Friday. The next day, police arrested Farrell and charged him with trafficking of a minor, production of child pornography and four counts of solicitation of a minor. He is being held without bond at the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center.
