Toastique To Open In Former Greenheart Juice Shop Location In Vienna

VIENNA, VA — It appears healthy food options are remaining in the Greenheart Juice Shop location in Vienna.

New signs are up at 208 Dominion Rd NE, Vienna, VA indicating Toastique will open. Toastique has not yet set an opening date, but its website indicates the opening will be in fall 2025.

Toastique offers a menu of gourmet toasts, smoothies, cold-pressed juices, smoothie bowls, coffee, espresso and more. The franchise has locations around the U.S., including Old Town Alexandria and Arlington's Clarendon and National Landing neighborhoods in Northern Virginia. Toastique is also opening shops at 11990 Inspiration Street, Suite 2A in Reston and 9891 Georgetown Pike in Great Falls.

Greenheart Juice Shop opened its Vienna location in 2021. Alicia Swanstrom first launched Greenheart Juice Shop in the DC region in 2013, honoring her late partner Doug Green, who was killed in action in Afghanistan.

There was uncertainty in 2022 that all Greenheart Juice Shop locations could close, but it remained open under new ownership with Swanstrom as director of operations. However, shops permanently closed this August.
