Boil Water Advisory issued after water main break in Williamsburg; road closures remain (13newsnow.com) — Residents in parts of Williamsburg should continue boiling tap water for drinking, cooking, and brushing teeth after a recent water main break, even though service is restored. The advisory affects Highland Park, Katherine Circle, and Governor’s on North Henry apartments, and North Henry Street near Lafayette remains closed for several days while crews rebuild the damaged roadway, so plan alternate routes.

Inside Business 2025 Women in Business: Charvalla West (dailypress.com) — United Way of the Virginia Peninsula CEO Charvalla West, who grew up in Williamsburg and still calls it home, is being recognized for her leadership across Hampton Roads. One hurt following fire on Charter House Lane in JCC (wavy.com) — Emergency crews from James City County and the Williamsburg Fire Department responded to a serious garage fire on Charter House Lane, where one person was injured and taken to VCU Medical Center. The blaze heavily damaged the garage and caused smoke and water damage inside the home, and investigators are still working to determine what started the fire.
