• Dunn, McCann-Slaughter honored in final meeting as supervisors (winchesterstar.com) — Frederick County Supervisors Blaine Dunn and Shawn Graber McCann-Slaughter were honored in Winchester at their final board meeting after a decade of service representing the Red Bud and Stonewall districts. With their terms ending Dec. 31, voters have elected Mike Guevremont and Gary Oates to take their seats, with the new board set to convene Jan. 14.
