Burglaries: Jewelry, iPads, Guns and Shoes Among Stolen Items

Prince William County Police recently responded to the following burglaries in the local area.

17500 block of Victoria Falls Drive, Dumfries: A homeowner reported at 3:10 p.m. that a burglary occurred between 11 and 11:30 a.m. Two unknown males, who appeared to be underage, entered a neighbor's residence through a rear sliding glass door. The glass was broken out and the suspects stole food from the home, police said. Officers were able to identify the suspects involved, but the investigation continues. 

17300 block of Sligo Loop, Dumfries: A homeowner reported that jewelry, shoes, two iPads, two TVs and other property, valued around $7,600, were stolen. Police believe the burglar forced open and entered through a rear sliding glass door between 10:50 a.m. and 1 p.m.
