Come out to the Woodbridge Dogtopia at 14885 Persistence Drive, Saturday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. for the festivities.  Funds will go to local K9 service units including the Prince William County Police Unit, Virginia Search &amp; Rescue Organization, Dogs East Search &amp; Rescue, and a non-profit organization called Hero Dogs Inc. that trains and places service dogs with U.S. veterans that have been injured while serving in the United States Armed Forces. The Woodbridge location is planning to have a pet psychic/communicator there for at least part of the day, in addition to a raffle, bake sale, and members of the Prince William County K-9 Unit there for the kids to meet and enjoy.
