Hobby Lobby Sexual Assault Of 80-Year-Old Woman Reported In Woodbridge
Prince William County Police are investigating a sexual assault of an 80-year-old woman in a retail store.
WOODBRIDGE, VA — An 80-year-old woman was sexually assaulted at a Hobby Lobby store in Woodbridge Wednesday, according to Prince William County Police.
Around 11:56 a.m. Wednesday, police responded to the Hobby Lobby store at 14000 Shoppers Best Way in Woodbridge. An investigation found the 80-year-old woman was shopping in the store when an unknonw man approached from behind. Police say the man pressed up against her and inappropriately touched her. When the victim confronted him, he left the store. The victim had no reported injuries.
The suspect was described as a Black man between 25 and 35 years old, 6 foot and 180 pounds with short black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a gray Nike t-shirt and dark-colored pants.

Police have released a surveillance image of the suspect.
