Officers responded Thursday afternoon to the Motel 6 at 17144 Dumfries road regarding a domestic dispute. The victim, 22, of New Mexico, told police that she was involved in an altercation with Walker. He allegedly assaulted her, causing minor injuries, and fled with Zion.

It was first reported that Walker was the baby's father, but police say they learned Saturday that he was not the father. It is believed that Zion may be in need of assistance, according to police.
