WOODBRIDGE, VA—A man was arrested Tuesday after trying to rape a 10-year-old girl at a home in the 3700 block of Forestdale Avenue, according to Prince William County Police. Walter Vinicio Florian Ramos, 35, of the same address, was charged with attempted rape, aggravated sexual battery and indecent liberties by a custodian. He was being held without bond.On Tuesday, police went to the aforementioned address for a reported sexual assault said to have occurred earlier that evening. They found that the girl had been sexually assaulted by Ramos, a family member. He was arrested without incident.<hr />Photo: Prince William County Police
