WOODBRIDGE, VA—A man was arrested Feb. 15 for sexually assaulting a 10-year-old girl sometime between August 2012 and August 2013 at a home in Woodbridge, according to Prince William County Police. Manuel Bonilla, 34, of the 13900 block of Longwood Manor Court, was charged with aggravated sexual battery and is being held without bond. In December 2018, police began investigating the case after the victim disclosed the assault. Bonilla was arrested without incident.
