Man Viciously Assaults Woman During Ride In Woodbridge: Police

WOODBRIDGE, VA—A man was arrested early Sunday morning after viciously assaulting a woman in a vehicle at the intersection of Summerland Drive and Horner Road, according to Prince William County Police. Collin Ahmad Frazer, 27, of the 15300 block of Dillwyn Court in Woodbridge, was charged with malicious wounding, strangulation and possession of marijuana.

At 3:30 a.m., police responded to the aforementioned location for a reported domestic incident occurring in a moving vehicle. The woman, 25, said she and Frazer—an acquaintance—were driving home when an argument escalated. That's when he slugged her in the face and then began choking her. She later was taken to a local hospital for treatment of minor injuries.
