Man Waiting For Bus Assaulted, Robbed In Woodbridge: Police

Authorities are looking for two men who assaulted and robbed a man waiting for a bus Tuesday in Woodbridge: Prince William County Police.

WOODBRIDGE, VA—Authorities are looking for two men who assaulted and robbed a man waiting for a bus Tuesday night in the area of Jefferson Davis Highway and Cardinal Drive, according to Prince William County Police. One is described as black, of an unknown age, 5-7 and wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt. No description could be provided for the other man.

Around 10:30 p.m., police went to the scene for a reported robbery. A 28-year-old man said he was waiting for a bus when two unknown men approached him. One of them demanded the man's property. The other one, armed with a knife, hit him in the face.

They took undisclosed items and then fled on foot. A K-9 unit searched the area to no avail. Anyone with information is urged to call police at 703-792-6500.
