Man Wanted In Woodbridge Rape Investigation: Police
Prince William County Police are searching for a suspect wanted on rape and abduction charges.

WOODBRIDGE, VA — A man has been charged with rape following an investigation in the Woodbridge area, according to Prince William County Police.
On Oct. 17, detectives obtained warrants to charge Kelvin Johnson Alvarado-Aguilar, 36, of Woodbridge, with rape and abduction. The suspect remains wanted, as police have not been able to locate him.
The charges relate to a sexual assault investigation at a home in the 22191 ZIP code of Woodbridge. Police say a woman was sexually assaulted by the suspect, an acquaintance. Detectives found the suspect held the victim against her will during an altercation in 2022. The victim's reporting of the incidents prompted the police investigation.

Alvarado-Aguilar is described as a Hispanic man around 5 foot 9 and 180 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. The photo provided by police is from 2020.

Indecent Exposure: On October 22 at 4:52PM, officers responded to the Longview Apartments located in the 13700 block of Lynn St. in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate an indecent exposure. The investigation revealed the accused exited his apartment and proceeded to expose himself and make inappropriate gestures. Residents in the area notified apartment management who contacted the police. Following the investigation, officers obtained arrest warrants for the accused, identified as Umaru Kelvin Davies, who was located later that evening and taken into custody without incident.

Indecent Exposure: On October 21 at 5:40AM, officers responded to Rippon Middle School located at 15101 Blackburn Rd. in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate an indecent exposure. The investigation revealed a Prince William County Schools employee was in the parking lot when an unknown man approached his vehicle and exposed himself before leaving the area. The suspect was described as a male, between 20-30 years old, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and blue shorts.
Strong-Arm Robbery: On October 20 at 10:48PM, officers responded to the intersection of Clipper Dr. and Mayflower Dr. in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate a robbery. The investigation revealed the victim, a 13-year-old male juvenile, was approached by two acquaintances. During the encounter, the victim was struck, and his phone was taken before the parties dispersed. Minor injuries were reported. Following the investigation, officers obtained arrest warrants for one of the suspects, identified as Timothy Rutherford. Charges for assault were also sought against the other juvenile suspect. Attempts to locate the accused have been unsuccessful.

Armed Robbery: On October 19 at 5:56AM, officers responded to the Motel 6 located at 17133 Dumfries Rd. in Dumfries (22025) to investigate a robbery. The investigation revealed the victim, a 56-year-old man, was assisting an unknown woman with a broken-down vehicle when he was approached by an unknown man. During the encounter, the man brandished a firearm and demanded the victim’s property before leaving the area with the woman. No injuries were reported. A phone and money were reported missing. The suspects were described as a medium build white male with a goatee and mustache and a medium build white female with long blond hair.
Brandishing of a Firearm: On October 19 at 9:16PM, officers responded to Merchants Plaza located in the 4200 block of Merchant Plaza in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate a brandishing. The investigation revealed the victims, a 16-year-old female juvenile and two 18-year-old men, were sitting inside a vehicle when they were approached by an unknown man. During the encounter, the suspect brandished a firearm and threatened the victims before getting into a gray Dodge Charger and leaving the area. No shots were fired, and no injuries were reported. The suspect was described as a black male approximately 20 years old.
Armed Robbery: On October 18 at 1:58PM, officers responded to the area of Westridge Dr. near Westridge Pond Path in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate a robbery. The investigation revealed the victims, both 17-year-old male juveniles, were approached by three unknown men, possibly juveniles. During the encounter, the suspects brandished firearms and demanded the victim’s property. A brief altercation ensued before the suspects took the victim’s property and left in a black sedan. Minor injuries were reported by one of the victims. A phone, clothing, a backpack and keys were reported missing. The suspects were described as males between 15-20 years old, wearing dark-colored clothing.
Residential Burglary: On October 18 at 8:38AM, officers responded to a residence located in the 13400 block of Lock Lp. in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate a burglary. The investigation revealed sometime between 5:00PM on October 14 and 9:30PM on October 17, forced entry was made into the home through the rear sliding glass door. A speaker was reported missing.
