Thomas Earl Burnett, 80, is described as white, 5-7, 135 pounds with blond and gray hair. He was wearing a green and blue flannel shirt, long gray coat, blue jeans and brown loafers. Family members said he was last seen 1:30 p.m., Feb. 18, at his residence in the 12900 block of Smoketown Road. He's believed to be missing under voluntary circumstances but may need assistance.
