Not Your Average Joe's is set to open on June 3, general manager Erik Larson told Patch. Though the restaurant was originally set to open on Memorial Day, the recent rain has slowed down construction on the patio. "Unfortunately we had to move back our opening to June 3 due to some construction issues with our patio," Larson said. The restaurant had to hire about 120 people before employee training began in mid-May. Other restaurants coming to Potomac Town Center include Nando's and Toby Keith's.
