PCP-Crazed Man Exposes Himself In Woodbridge: Police

WOODBRIDGE, VA—A man high on PCP was arrested Saturday after exposing himself and making obscene gestures in the 1900 block of Old Post Terrace, according to Prince William County Police. Tyrek Cornelius Vining, 22, of the 1900 block of Winslow Court in Woodbridge, was charged with indecent exposure, obscene sexual display, possession of a scheduled I or II narcotic and intoxicated in public.

Around 9 a.m., police went to the scene for a reported indecent exposure. A caller reported seeing an unknown man in the woods "exposing himself and making obscene gestures." When police found him, they determined he was under the influence of PCP, which was found in his pocket.

Before being taken to jail, Vining was taken to a nearby hospital as a precaution.
