Planning Commission to Hear "New Woodbridge" Development Zoning Issues
Previewed agenda for the Oct. 6 PWC Planning Commission meeting.

Tonight's regularly scheduled Prince William County Planning Commission will address proffer amendments that specifically would affect the Woodbridge district.
The first of these zoning amendments applies to Rippon Center to reduce the office and employment component of the development, change the proposed building heights and footprints while also proposing a different configuration of the proposed Virginia Rail Express parking spaces.
Rippon Center is a new residential development that is a part of the "New Woodbridge" plan proposed by Supervisor Frank J. Principi.

The Planning Commission will have a hearing for the Harbor Station South Addition to amend the proffers related to off-site commuter parking. While Harbor Station is zoned for a slew of mixed uses, the zoning is for planned business district and planned mixed use residential but is designated for several suburban residential and employment centers.
