Premier Martial Arts & Fitness is opening at Cheshire Station in Dale City on July 8. The school will offer martial arts instruction, Cage Fitness conditioning classes, and personal fitness training.
“We are excited to bring a different style of martial arts to this area. Our goal is for each student is to gain total fitness--mind and body-- while building confidence and having fun,” said Sensei Steve Arntt, who earned his first black belt in Ninjitsu in 1993. “We’ve combined the best from a variety of martial arts. We took the striking from kick boxing, grappling from submission wrestling, footwork and weapons from Ninjutsu, and the practical self-defense from Krav Maga.”
Nicole Brugato, the Cage Fitness senior instructor, is a competitive body builder and taught kettle bell training.
