Quadruple Homicide Suspect Pleads Guilty In Prince William County Court
A quadruple homicide case with the rape of one of the victims has ended with a guilty plea to four first-degree murder charges and more.

WOODBRIDGE, VA — A man from Dale City has pleaded guilty in the quadruple homicide case involving victims he lived with.
Prince William Times first reported the guilty plea of David Nathaniel Maine, 27, to four counts of first-degree murder as well as rape, abduction, forcible sodomy, and use of a firearm in commission of a felony.
Three of the victims were relatives of Maine's ex-boyfriend, Miguel Duran Flores, 44, Kelly Victoria Sotelo, 42, Karrie Ayline Sotelo, 19, plus a basement renter, Richard Julio Jesus Revollar Corrales, 36. Flores and Kelly Sotello had just gotten married not long before the Oct. 17, 2022 homicides.

The couple lived in the 5200 block of Mansfield Court with Kelly's three children, plus the renters — Maine and Corrales.
Kelly Sotelo's son, Jimmy Inga, who was Maine's former boyfriend, lived in the home but was not present during the killings. In the weeks before the homicide, the son had given Maine a deadline to move out after Maine had punched a hole in the wall, according to the Prince William Times.

Prosecutors say Maine also had made racist remarks, had guns in the home and made threats following the text about moving out.
On Oct. 17, 2022, one of Kelly Sotello's daughters witnessed Maine shoot Flores and went to a neighbor's house to call 911. Maine also called 911, claiming someone else came and shot everyone. Police found four victims in different areas of the home. Prince William County Police determined Maine's claims were unsubstantiated, and Maine was arrested following an investigation.
According to Prince Williams Times, DNA evidence showed Maine had raped Karrie Sotelo, who was found fatally stabbed.
Prosecutors say Maine had a note on his computer claiming he "should not have killed them" and that he wanted to die while asleep.
Sentencing for Maine is scheduled for Aug. 21.
