Thanks to the Virginia Department of Transportation's website, the area's road closures, advisories and flooded areas can be easily viewed. The last update was at 7:10 a.m. which showed parts of Route 1 as flooded.
Update 3:35 p.m., Blackburn road is closed at Woodside Drive for debris in the roadway.
