Kids from all over Prince William County joined with Olympic gold medalist Jeff Rouse to set a new Guinness World Record for the largest simultaneous swimming lesson ever conducted across the world. The Woodbridge location opened in the Potomac Festival shopping center in the former location of Fabric &amp; Craft Store at 14531 Potomac Mills Road in Woodbridge. The swim school was founded by Prince William County couple Dave and Cindy Tonnesen in 1996.
