Crews will be closing up to two northbound lanes of Interstate 95 beginning after dark.Crews will be completing work on overhead sign removal in the area of the Cardinal Drive overpass, according to a Virginia Department of Transportation release.Lane closures will be possible from 9:30 p.m. until 4 a.m. Thursday. Single lane closures will occur between 9:30 and 11 p.m.; up to two lanes will be closed between 11 p.m. tonight and 5 a.m. tomorrow. At least one lane will remain open.
