Around 12:32 p.m. Wednesday, officers responded to the Miniso store at Potomac Mills. Police say a 13-year-old girl was with her family when an unknown man was crouching down and taking inappropriate photos of her. Store security encountered the suspect before he left the store. Police do not believe a physical interaction happened between the suspect and the victim.
