It’s a familiar sight in Lake Ridge – band, guard and orchestra students, in uniform, knocking on the doors of their neighbors seeking support for the music programs at WSHS.
Known as “Tag Day,” this year, those music students will be out in force on Saturday, Sept. 17, 2011, from 9 a.m. to about 2 p.m. In addition to supporting the music programs, your donation may be tax deductible – check with your tax preparer to be certain.

“Any amount will help, and all donations are greatly appreciated,” said Nancy Ro, president of the WSHS Band Boosters – the nonprofit organization that raises money for the band, guard and orchestra programs. “We hope our Lake Ridge neighbors will generously support our kids.”
The Band Boosters are planning additional fund-raisers throughout the year to help support music programs at Woodbridge High School.
