Prince William County Police arrested a 19-year-old male for reportedly assaulting a 16-year-old female on two separate occasions.Police responded to a report of an assault around 3:19 p.m. Thursday, July 24 at the 3600 block of Elm Farm Road in Woodbridge.Authorities said a 16-year-old female juvenile was assaulted by a known acquaintance after he forced his way into a residence where she was staying.An investigation revealed a similar incident reportedly happened July 14 when the victim and the suspect were in a vehicle together and a verbal altercation ensued. The suspect assaulted the victim and refused to let her leave the vehicle.Cesar Ivan Vargas-Soriano, 19, of Woodbridge, was arrested and charged with one count of abduction, one count of burglary and two counts of assault and battery. He is being held without bond while a court date is pending.
