WOODBRIDGE, VA — Investigators have determined the likely cause of death for a Woodbridge man found unconscious on the northbound ramp from Interstate 95 to Dale Boulevard. Prince William County police officers found Tarone Lamont Bland, 27, after 1 a.m. Saturday after a driver saw him lying in the roadway and called police. Bland was taken to an area hospital where he later died, Officer Adam Beard, a Prince William County police spokesman, told the <a href="https://www.princewilliamtimes.com/news/police-27-year-old-man-dies-after-being-found-unconscious-on-i-95-ramp/article_f27ba442-c602-11ef-bc0a-a32379d017f1.html" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Prince William Times</a>. An autopsy determined the victim's injuries were self-inflicted. Police now do not believe the man was struck by a vehicle. Anyone who saw Bland in the roadway or knows how he got there was asked to call Prince William County police at 703-792-6500.
