Woodbridge Road Rage With Gun, Knife Leads To Charges For 2
Prince William County Police say one driver cut another driver with a pocketknife, while a passenger displayed a gun.

WOODBRIDGE, VA — Two people are facing charges after a road rage incident escalated in Woodbridge Sunday morning.
Around 8:40 a.m. Sunday, Prince William County Police responded to a road rage report at Vineyard Way and Occoquan Road in Woodbridge. An investigation determined both drivers had a verbal argument that escalated. A passenger in one of the vehicles pulled out a gun from his waistband, and another driver pulled out a small pocketknife and slashed toward the other driver. That causes a minor laceration on the other driver's arm. There were no other reported injuries.
One of the drivers, Harry O’Conner Chester, 71, of Woodbridge, was charged with malicious wounding. The passenger in the other vehicle, Samuel Berrum Valencia, 23, of Woodbridge, was charged with brandishing a firearm.

Reckless Handling of a Firearm: On October 4 at 10:40AM, officers responded to the 4300 block of
Ensbrook Ln in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate a shots fired call. Officers located shell casings in the roadway. No injuries or property damage were reported. A suspect described as a black male with medium length dreadlocks, in his early 20s wearing dark-colored shorts and shirt with white socks and slide-style shoes was seen leaving the area at the time of the incident.
Attempted Residential Burglary: On October 6 at 6:08PM, officers responded to the Stone Point
Apartments located in the 14900 block of Potomac Heights Pl in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate an attempted burglary. The investigation revealed someone attempted to forcibly enter an apartment by kicking in the front door. No injury was made into the home and no property was reported missing.
