Restaurants across Washington are offering freebie meals and deals Nov. 11-12 for Veterans Day.

SEATTLE, WA –In a show of appreciation to all U.S. military personnel, past and present, restaurants throughout Washington are saluting veterans and active-duty with offers of free meals, deals and specials to mark Veterans Day 2018.
This year, Veterans Day falls on Sunday, Nov. 11, with the federal holiday designated Monday, Nov. 12. Click on the links listed below for details on the offers, and it's always a good idea to call and confirm your locale is participating with the freebies.

Applebee's: Applebee's annually offers veterans and active duty military a free meal on Nov. 11. It continues the tradition this year.
BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse: Free entrees, up to $12.95, plus free Dr Pepper beverages, on Nov. 11 by presenting military ID or proof of service. Dine-in only. And throughout the month, current and retired military can reserve a free Pizookie® as part of BJ's "Buy a Hero a Pizookie." Guests who would like to honor these heroes can contribute $1 or more on their restaurant bills to the program. Buffalo Wild Wings: Participating restaurants will offer free small boneless or traditional wings and fries on Nov. 11 for all veterans or active-duty service members. Dine-in only, and valid military ID is required. Click here for locations, and call to confirm participation.

Golden Corral: Military Appreciation night is Nov. 12 from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Anyone who served in the U.S. military is eligible to receive a free meal. Guests, including family, are welcome to join, but pay full-menu pricing. Dine-in only. Find locations here.
Little Caesars: All veterans and active military can receive a free, $5 Hot-N-Ready® Lunch Combo at participating stores from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Nov. 11.
