Millar sets out emphasis areas for his term as president of the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials.
Roger Millar, Secretary of the Washington State Department of Transportation, recently began a one-year-term as the president of the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials, taking over from Dr. Shawn Wilson, Director of the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development.
