Bellevue Couple Makes Rough Plane Landing in Oregon
A Bellevue couple was not hurt when their plane made a hard landing at Hillsboro Airport, in suburban Portland.
Two Bellevue residents were unhurt when their plane made a hard landing at Hillsboro Airport Monday afternoon in suburban Portland, according to reports.
The pilot and his wife, who were not identfied, are in their 50s or 60s, according to various news reports.
Television station KATU has photos of the couple and their Cirrus SR22 Turbo stopped in a field.

Hillsboro Fire and Rescue's Storm Smith told reporters that the pilot said the plane landed hard on the runway and bounced before veering into the field, which damaged the landing gear, according to the Associated Press, via TV station KTVZ.
