In December 2025, Redmond updated its short-term rental (STR) rules, clarifying licensing requirements, compliance expectations, and good-neighbor standards for residents who rent their homes for fewer than 30 nights. With these new rules now in effect and the 2026 FIFA World Cup expected to bring significant visitor demand to the region — this in-person session will help existing Redmond hosts and Redmond homeowners interested in exploring the opportunity understand what’s changed and how to prepare for responsible, successful hosting. Mental Health First Aid: Youth teaches adults 18 years and older how to identify, understand,&nbsp;and respond to signs of mental health and substance use challenges among youth. 

With this class adults will feel more confident in providing support to youth.&nbsp;
