The City of Bonney Lake Utilities will be moving to an automated phone notification system for delinquent accounts that are facing disconnection. This will be in addition to the paper notice that you receive in the mail. Please be aware that as of May 1st, 2022, we will no longer place a doorhanger on your door when you are scheduled for disconnection. If you receive this phone message, please know we will not ask for payment directly but will give you instructions on how to avoid disconnection and payment methods.
