• Faith Terrell, The First Deer Park Settlers Day Princess (1947) Passes Away. (dpgazette.com) — Deer Park is mourning Faith Evelyn Terrell, the community’s first Settlers Day Princess and a 1947 Deer Park High School graduate, who passed away at age 95. She later settled in Rosalia with her husband Robert, raised three sons, and remained active in Eastern Stars. A graveside service is planned December 15 in Rosalia.
