Puget Drive Closure Causing Backups In Edmonds
Puget Drive was closed beginning at 8 a.m., according to the public works department.
EDMONDS, WA - Drivers in Edmonds should be aware of a major road closure today. Puget Drive - also known as SR 504 - will be closed for maintenance Monday near Maplewood Park.
The closure began at 8 a.m. and stretches between Olympic Avenue and 88th Avenue West. City crews will be doing work on sidewalks, clearing vegetation, and working on storm drainage systems.
According to Edmonds police, the closure was already backing up traffic Monday morning in the Maplewood neighborhood.
