The Mud Mountain Dam 5K is a scenic course that starts on the road and turns to dirt trail. Walkers are welcome! Strollers and dogs are discouraged on this course due to the terrain.
Pre-Race Packet Pick-Up available on Friday, October 7th at Fleet Feet in Bonney Lake from noon-6pm. Those who pick up then will be entered into a drawing for a free pair of shoes and the winner will be announced at awards after the race.

$25 if you register online by noon on October 7
$30 on Race Day

-All participants will receive a shirt
-Top 3 finishers in each age category will receive medals.
